The “Mother Daughter Weekend” is a unique opportunity for the women in your family to spend some quality time together, celebrating the special bond between mothers and daughters and grandmothers. Experience a spirited Kabbalat Shabbat including dinner, services, song session and Israeli dancing. We’ll be outside by day, playing, hiking through our K’far Teva (nature village), and challenging ourselves on our ropes course. We’ll roll up our sleeves for some crafts and cooking projects and enjoy a few surprises designed especially for mothers and daughters.
Throughout the weekend, there will be some moms-only activities, while counselors from Eisner and Crane Lake Camps will run girls-only activities and provide nighttime “babysitting.”
A packing list, directions, and details for the weekend will be sent to registrants in early April.
The cost of the weekend is $225 per family (one mom and one or two daughters), which includes accommodations, meals, and all program activity supplies. There is an additional fee of $100 for a third daughter or a second adult (grandmother, aunt, etc.).

Testimonials
Bernstein Family Our family had an outstanding weekend retreat at Eisner Camp. There wasn’t a detail missed . This has become a home away from home where there is something for everyone with caring staff who is second to none.
Chess Family I never went to summer camp, and I have to say that despite all the amazing things I had heard about Eisner Camp, I was still very anxious sending my then 9 year old away for a month. She had the experience of a lifetime and came home counting down the days till “next summer at Eisner.” Now , we all as a family got to experience the wonder, inspiring, spiritual atmosphere of Eisner at the Family Retreat. I only wish I could have been a camper here too!
Federmann Family A joyous, relaxing, and community focused weekend.
Auerbacher Family It was great to introduce our children to a sleep away Jewish camp experience. The boys loved the activities, sports, and art projects. We loved having time without the kids to have adult activities and study. The staff was terrific.
Heller Family Eisner is beautiful even in the snow! This was a fun, educational, and intimate weekend. Well done for kids and adults. We look forward to the next one. Michelle Shapiro-Abraham brought such life to the weekend – a brilliant and creative educator. All the staff was terrific.
Hutter Family We loved spending time together with our family and with our new family community.
Lichtman Family I thought I was coming for my kids. I am thankful they let me come. The staff and hospitality are beyond 5 star. The weekend brought out the best in all of us while we had incredible fun.
Sagner Family I had loved Jewish sleep away camp and wanted my 9yr old to love it as much as I had. I though the weekend would help her understand how much her parents support her decision to go to Crane Lake this coming summer. In fact, the weekend far exceeded our expectations – got us thinking about our Jewish life and connected us to Jewish families with the same values. We will come back.
What did children said: I enjoyed spending time with my family and making friends with other families. The sports program was a lot of fun especially the idea of working together to help each other.
I loved everything about the weekend. Thank you everyone that set this up.
It was awesome, I made a good friend.
What a fun weekend it was. I loved playing in the gym.
